At Artistic Creations by Phyl, your satisfaction is important to me. While all sales are considered final, exceptions are made under the following circumstances:

Accepted Returns – Within 10 Days of Delivery

Item Received Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at: phyllis@artisticcreationsbyphyl.com or dragonflyblue50@gmail.com

To process your claim quickly, please provide the following:

1. Photos of the package damage (box, envelope, etc.)

2. Two (2) clear photos of the item damage showing the issue(s)

Once I receive the required information, a refund will be issued promptly. I’ll also let you know if the item needs to be returned or not.

Issues with Your Order

If there is any other issue with your item, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to work with you to resolve the problem.

Special Orders and Commissioned Work

Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact me — I’m always here to help.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

An error on my part, or

A damaged item
