Phyl's Artistic Inspirations

I have been inspired by many Artists throughout the United States. Kristin Uhrig's tutorials were my first encounters with Dot Art. Her tutorials were easy to follow and understand. Her color combinations and her designs were gorgeous. I knew this was something I had to do. You can find her tutorials on Youtube and see her spectacular artwork on Facebook, Kristin Uhrig, Mandala artist. Wanda M Rodriguez also known as "The Foiling Rock Lady" does beautiful Rock Art, and Faux Stained Glass, using such elements as foils, embellishments. glitters and much more. She also holds "Paint Along's" and, I would have to say, a wonderful teacher of new techniques, and introduces new paints (Craft 101) such as watercolors, shimmer's, glitter whips, etc. These are homemade by Wanda and Katie and they are absolutely fabulous. Wanda also has a shop on Etsy, TheFoilingRockLady. Katie has a group on facebook and it is "Rocking.kk & Friends" and she is also an expert on watercolor painting on "Creative Rock Art and Foil Techniques". Katie does a lot of "Kindness Rocks" and gorgeous artwork also. She has amazing talent and has furthered her interest in the ATC (Artist Trading Cards). This too has alerted my awareness of a new prospect in creativity. I have a lot to learn and will give this ATC a whirl. Katie also holds "Paint-A-Longs" once a week and they are very informative, fun, and full of new techniques with well-defined answers to questions you may have. Wanda and Katie has energy that won't quit and a since of humor that will keep you on your toes. JaDel of JaDel Rocks on Facebook, is an amazing artist. She is an artist in Rock Painting, Dot Art, and Mandala Painting. She has many tutorials and are easy to follow, very informative, and have a touch of comedy; you have to meet her laughing emoji who pops up and giggles when she makes a mistake...so, so , much fun. Kristin Uhrig, Wanda M Rodriquez, Katie Thompson, and JaDel have instructed, encouraged, and inspired my continued passion, growth, and devotion to my dream and love for Artistic Creations. I would also like to thank the many other artists who through their beautiful artwork inspired my continued development in my creative journey.
