When will my order ship?
** Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days, often sooner.
What shipping carrier do you use?
**We primarily use USPS for all deliveries.
Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
** At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to expand shipping options in the future!
What are your shipping rates?
** Shipping is currently free on all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
** Once your order is processed and dropped off at USPS, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email or message with your tracking number and receipt once your order ships.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you accept returns?
** If your item arrives damaged, please contact me right away. I’ll ask for a photo of the package and two photos of the damaged item. Once I receive those, I’ll issue a prompt refund and let you know if the item needs to be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to an error on my part. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Do you accept cancellations?
** Sorry, cancellations are not accepted.
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
** All sales are generally final, but I want you to be happy! If there's a problem, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to work with you.
