A free-flowing method that helps promote contentment and warmth is Neurographica Art. This was introduced in one of many paint-a-longs with Wanda and Katie. This was up-lifting, calming, and gave me a sense of well-being. Will I try this technique again ?, you bet! This is what I love about art; the fascination of discovery.
